Serenity and harmony
€80 for 2 people
The package includes:
– 30 minutes at the French baths
– 20 minutes of hydrotherapy per person
– 30 minutes in the sauna or steam room
Bathrobes and slippers are provided.
To accompany your session, a half-bottle of champagne can be served (at an additional cost of €30).
French baths (one-to-one sessions): 30 minutes – €40 · 1 hour – €60

Classes open to everyone, from beginners to experienced practitioners, offering a chance to take a breather, reconnect with yourself and treat yourself to a moment of wellbeing.
Classes take place at the Yoga Shala studio, at the Ferme du Prêche in Criquetot l’Esneval.
